Mrs. Cassandra Boynton-Bell has been serving as a Certified Municipal Registrar for the City of Atlantic City since 2012. Her service to the City started when she was hired as a clerk typist in 2008 and then she was promoted to Deputy Registrar in 2010. In 2012, she received another promotion to Registrar. Cassandra attended Atlantic Community College with a concentration in Human Services.

She attributes her strong management disciplines to the training she received throughout her twenty year management career. Key management skills such as, leadership, critical thinking & development, organizational, communication, and financial skills has contributed to her being successful in her current position. As well as, maintaining positive relations with her internal and external customers. Currently, Cassandra works diligently to maintain a high level of performance and enthusiasm throughout her office.
Additional Details
Cassandra is a member of the Registrar’s Association of NJ.

As a grant writer, she has helped non-profit organizations to acquire funding to improve and develop new programs. She is also a Sickle Cell Anemia Advocate. Through her advocacy, she increases awareness, accessibility to care for patients, identifying/reducing barriers to care, and giving support to families dealing with this incredibly painful disease.

Her greatest blessings in her life are that of her loving husband, three great children, and starring in the role of “Grandmom,” to her twin grandsons. She is an Atlantic City Resident and believes that, “In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it.” –M.
